warm tea, some klonopin, tv, and my cat.

i am relaxed and the knot in my stomach has turned into something more like a bow.

i had a lovely and desperately needed night like that on sunday. i took xanax and had hot chocolate and took a bath in dead sea salt stuff while my kitties had their paws up on the side of the tub and looked at me curiously and touched the water.

lovely. i'm glad someone else (you) had a night like that because i was starting to feel guilty about how fabulously indulgent my sunday eve was.

i try to make nights like that as rare as possible, but it's way easy to fall into comfort zone, especially with winter coming. the bath part made it especially special (realizing that simply turning up the water heater will make it possible to take a hot bath- after two years of being grumpy that i couldn't soak in a tub)

I'm not really supposed to take bath's due to a kidney problem I had when I was like 3, so if I dare step my foot in the warmth comfort of a bath it will be the ultimate indulgence!

Oh I forgot how nice anxiety meds are when you're feeling shitty , which is happening more often lately. Aren't you proud, now I'm inspired to buy some pills!

ohh but be so careful! I am now in the habit of all my days blending together and acting kiiind of like a zombie most the time. not too great for my school work.
